While this is not a “yoga” class, it is very reminiscent of Yin, where you are holding poses between 4-6 minutes. As the saying goes, “ you’re not getting old, you just need to stretch” so come to this class and stay mobile!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI booked the 60 minute contrast therapy. It’s just as described. You get your own private room with a sauna, cold plunge tub, and shower with towels provided. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a tour of all the other services they offer like cryo, light therapy, float room, etc. It was very clean and had a relaxing vibe. Definitely will come back!
