The playlist was amazing and instructor Malik made sure I was good and knew what to do. I was challenged and sweating by the end of the class. Super fun and would like to come back

ver todas as avaliaçõesInstructor Paula was very involved, she's so sweet. Nice workout! My only criticism is the music was a bit slow, was hoping for more techno and upbeat. Very clean welcoming place. Really good cardio.
