Thus, I can concentrate on what my body can do rather than looking at others analysing what to do. She also has modifications and back up exit if you need to go slow or over estimate your strength and need to exit safely. Today class was full but it’s the most fruitful class I’ve ever attended. Class size doesn’t seem to affect her at all. Good and experienced trainer. Thanks Geraldine!
