Both Steve & Val (only two coaches I’ve taken class with so far) are exceptionally amazing coaches! Amazing workout, amazing music, everthing is just amazing! Can’t wait to get better at boxing and to keep coming back here 12/10 recommend

Staff was super friendly and helpful, the music was lit, the workout was exactly what I was going for - full body and you can go at your own pace w each round, and super motivating instructor!! The time flew by, and it was a really fun way to workout. I WILL be back!!!
