ver todas as avaliaçõesThis class was so fun!! The teacher was helpful and the other students were very nice. It was fun to record a dance at the end of class. I feel so much more feminine and can’t wait to go again!

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis gym packs a mighty punch! Absolutely loved it! Plenty of parking, nice dark interior, tons of clean equipment, and super friendly staff and members. This class focused on upper body but had a great heart pumping warmup and laps in between the stations to get your heart rate up! The moves look simple but they were tough. Will definitely be one of my new regulars.
