ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was a beautiful experience. The church itself is wonderful and helpful to connect with the body. The instructor focused on pointing out how to move the body correctly for each movement which is something I don’t find often with younger instructors and I really appreciate. The energy of the room was relaxed and kind. Really enjoyed it as a low intensity class.
