Even though the session had a slight delay at the beginning, I really enjoyed the instructor's energy. He participated in the entire workout with us, which was incredibly motivating. (Personally, I prefer this over instructors who only give verbal directions without joining in). The only suggestion I have is to provide large towels; it would make showering and drying off after a high-intensity workout much more convenient.
