Recently I have noticed more and more cellphones in the class with people using then until the very moment the class starts and straight back on before even cleaning machines and therefore distracted and not aware of their fellow class goers . I would welcome a no phones in the classroom policy very much .

ver todas as avaliaçõesDilem is so nice and her voice is super calming but the class personally for me was not dynamic enough and too little repetitions actually was more beginner level friendly if you like this kind of class I totally recommend! If you like more of a challenge, shakes and dynamic I recommend other instructors or Power class.

It was challenging in the best way — I left feeling like I’d had a proper full-body workout. Iina’s energy is just amazing. She’s so patient, explains every movement clearly, and really makes sure your form is right. I’ll definitely be back!
