He explains the postures and then he adjusts you in case you’re doing wrong. This is not something I saw often in yoga practice. At the end he likes to talk to the students in the comfy and cozy room. So he really invests time in you as a person.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class was amazing, actually a really good challenging level. I do HIIT classes twice to three times a week, so I have some experience. Ramon made sure he knew everyone by name and made sure people did the exercises correctly and even provided options for some who were not too confident with the intensity. This session focused a lot on upper body and shoulders which I personally appreciate, but given that these classes will likely be visited more by females it may be something to consider. But I will have to amend my review once I go more often because I expect the exercises to vary each time. Only the gym downstairs, including the entrance to the changing rooms did not feel as premium as the rest of the club. And you need to be confident to work out in the middle of the gym while everyone (normal gym goers) is still working on machines around you.
