ver todas as avaliaçõesAmbience was great! I could really see the sun rise gradually from the rooftop class, on a green, gardened lawn. The practice was a good "wakeup call" for my body too as I haven't done it in a while! Good extra service too, as the instructor gave us water and soothing towels as we did our final pose. Thank you!

The practice had a tranquil, calming vibe to it and the instructor was gentle & discreet when going round the class to make adjustments to our poses. Studio was nice and well equipped with props. Would have been better if studio had mirrors in it.
