The infrared sauna with bucket will warm you from the inside out. The space is lovely with a nice retail wall and the sauna areas are clean, modern and vibe-y. Staff and owner are friendly and helpful. You feel charged up and peaceful after your session. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Today I came back a second time to treat some sore muscles that I'd stupidly overworked, and again Nicole was super helpful and took the time to suggest different treatments that would help, and they were spot on! Great place for maintaining wellness and sports recovery.
