Anna was so patient - I’m not a super active person so at times I had to take some breaks but she didn’t make me feel bad about it at all, and continuously tried to hype me up & encourage me. Her way of explaining was so clear. Whenever I was having any difficulty with technique, she’d be able to troubleshoot & give me tips, & I’d instantly notice improvement One class with her & I felt stronger & so accomplished by the end of it. Highly highly recommend!!!
