Needless to say the vibes were awesome, also this was a super challenging workout but I felt great afterwards! The cold essential oil scented towel at the end makes it worth it. Shelby is a great instructor and so good at helping keep you motivated through the class!

The studio changed their policy with ClassPass users having to bring their own mat and towel or be changed $6 to use theirs lol kinda silly when the whole class uses them, and also the no water thing is wild too. Only available for purchase.

I also enjoy how the small the classes are, you can tell it’s designed that way to ensure each student is getting the most out of each class. I will definitely be back!
