ver todas as avaliaçõesFantastic workout! Instructor was very motivating, but a bit preachy. The front desk person didn't know what barre or ClassPass is, so it's probably best to say you're there for "group fitness class" upon checking in rather than the specific class name.

ver todas as avaliaçõesLarge gym with weight machines on the ground floor and cardio machines upstairs. Big separate kids area. Plenty of rooms for classes and racketball. One hydro-massage table (not private). Heated lap pool and jacuzzi. (Regular pool was cold.) Steam and dry saunas. - My only issue was that the other women in the jacuzzi seemed kind of judgemental. I think I'm going to coin the term "yuppity" for this attitude. I didn't notice this attitude at the other Family Fitness gyms I went to. The pools were also not as warm and salty as at the Carmichael gym.

Only one specific rope thing attachment that I needed for an arm workout. I guess I just expected this gym to be a lot nicer considering monthly memberships are quite expensive.

The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that Family Fitness is too expensive. There's a sign up fee, a monthly fee, and an annual fee.
