Chrys was great at explaining the techniques and getting us comfortable with to new props. I was so relaxed by the time we got into savasana that I actually fell asleep. The cool, aerobatic towel during savanna was a nice touch too. We stayed for a cold plunge and sauna.

The session was mostly centered around my sciatica and not only has the pain disappeared but my legs are so much looser I barely recognize them.
