ver todas as avaliaçõesInstructor is fabulous! Maddy. She was so good and patient. It’s a great class for beginners and professionals. You don’t need anything, socks are optional but they sell some there. They have water but bring a bottle and maybe a sweat towel if you want.

ver todas as avaliaçõesPrefer inbalance Pilates. This instructor was ok but the class just isn’t ever difficult enough and a little slower paced than I’d like. There is never any instruction to make it a bit more difficult or if you’d like a challenge. The instructor even removed one of my springs at one point even though it was what I preferred.

She explains things so smoothly and directly and also explains what the exercise helps you target. I would attend more of her classes if they aligned with my schedule. Truly the best! 10/10 😊
