Cassandra was really friendly and good at cuing alignment during the strength portion. Really good workout with the 3 things I love combined into 1hr!

The space is easy to navigate and although the class was outside in a shaded structure there was plenty of air movement and coolness to workout in Tucson summer! My Strength class was with Anamim who was a fantastic instructor! She clearly explained the circuit, helped me with my form, and encouraged me to challenge myself. Definitely recommend if you need a little guidance to get your strength training routine down!! 10/10 going again!
