ver todas as avaliaçõesThe studio was spacious, and the class size was smaller and more intimate, so you're able to focus more on the proper techniques and moves being taught. Shoshana is attentive to detail and gave great pointers on the best ways to keep form. Some of the pacing was fast towards the end, but it was still good enough to understand the moves. Class is really focused on elongation, posture, and a proper foundation of the basic for ballet. This was my first class, and I would definitely recommend it to other beginners

Think it would help if individuals had some prior yoga knowledge going into the class but can also just follow along by looking around you and getting help from the instructor. Crunch does provide free yoga mats so don’t need to bring your own :)
