She is absolutely incredible, super friendly, and her workouts pack a punch every time. She’s able to give every person in the class her attention and always makes sure everyone is able to perform each exercise correctly. I feel sorry for the staff and instructor. I had to walk out after 20mins. Not to standard at all. The place needs a revamp and I’m requesting a full refund on my lost class. Awaiting Class Pass management to approve.

The class is good for all levels as there are modifications given. I really enjoyed the class and will definitely come back.
