Using the hammock under her guidance I can stretch in places I am unable to in other practices. It is challenging but Sneha offers options to allow me to access each pose at a level I can manage and maintain. She is exceptionally talented in her guidance and offers clear explicit instruction to allow me to make the most of the class. Highly recommend.
