Joya was an incredible instructor. The way she explained every movement, combined with her calming tone of voice, made me forget how stiff I was and truly allow myself to sink into each stretch. It was such a refreshing change of pace.

The treadmills are seriously impressive, very high-tech and a little intimidating when you first see them! 😂 But once you get going, they are amazing. The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming.
