Joya was an incredible instructor. The way she explained every movement, combined with her calming tone of voice, made me forget how stiff I was and truly allow myself to sink into each stretch. It was such a refreshing change of pace.

The coach is genuinely the sweetest person ever, and her energy stays amazing throughout the entire 50-minute class. The music selection was incredible and made the whole experience so much fun. I would happily take this class with her again and again. Please keep doing Latin music and reggaeton classes because this one was AMAZING! I definitely need more classes like this. ✨

As a beginner, it wasn’t that bad. There were stations that I can’t really finish completely at the moment but overall it was pretty much understandable on what to do and how to do properly. Probably next time I get the hang of it. Will surely come back and recommend the gym to my friends 👍
