ver todas as avaliaçõesLove this studio and this class but i noticed there are lots of new signs asking customers to be quiet in the corridor when there is a yoga class on however ironically in the yin portion I could hear staff washing up right outside and chatting the whole time - maybe just a note to be mindful about what sort of class is currently scheduled and close doors accordingly so the noise travels less. Otherwise great as always ❤️

I needed a nervous system reset and I definitely got that after this class. Liza is a warm and informative practitioner and helped bring me into a place of rest and digest much quicker than most. To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. It takes a while to get adjusted but because the studio is also small, she can pay close attention to us and helped whenever somebody struggled.
