Victoria was a lovely instructor creating a welcoming environment who gave clear instructions and demonstrations as well as personal adjustments to make sure you have the correct alignment. The level was perfect as it is challenging (in a good way) and with options you can take for your ability level.

Idk he gives safe person vibes, during the class he came to check in with me how I was feeling few times. It can be intimidating being surrounded by a bunch of sweaty big guys, but the ones I sparred against at least were respectful, even encouraging. So yeah, if you’re curious about this sport, I’d try it out here.

Also something I didn’t like was the fact that they didn’t have any soap or shampoo in the changing rooms for the shower, most gyms I’ve gone too even have hair straighteners and deodorant for clients to use.

Joe’s a great coach, the class had all the fundamentals, fight psychology, conditioning elements that you would expect from a proper boxing place. if I’m nitpicking, the gym could be cleaner, other than that, everything else was top notch. I’d love to train here again.
