I waited an extra 30 minutes before I was seated… The person who helped me apologized for the long wait and thanked me for being so patient. I discussed areas where I was particularly sensitive, and she did a great job at making sure to adjust the pressure/massage based on my sensitivity levels. It was definitely deep tissue, so some of the massages/movements hurt (I spoke up when it hurt just a little too much), but I felt incredibly relaxed and at ease following the massage. I may try a Swedish massage next time since Peary said my muscles weren’t too tight. 10/10 recommend you check it out!
