I found it very soothing and many of the techniques are easy to do at home. It's also clear that Anna cares very much about the class. If you have any doubts just give it a shot. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Also, would recommend trying sooner rather than later. I don't think this class is going anywhere but Flowmagin tends to shuffle its schedule a lot.
