Despite the chaos, both of the women were so lovely to me, and the nail artist is so talented. I showed her one info picture and she got it exactly the way I wanted it. But it was okay after that was sorted out. They paid great attention to the detail of my nails. Would definitely return. Also had tea! The main downfall is it seems like they are short staffed. They only had 2 people. I was 5 minutes early to my appointment but then other customers came in who I also believe had an appointment but 2 people can’t tend to 4 people so basically they kind of split themselves between the 4 of us. Another customer came in too and had an appointment but she was still waiting and ended up canceling her appointment and leaving. So they should definitely hire more staff at their peak times. I got gel pedi and was there for about 2 hours

ver todas as avaliaçõesI saw a lot of reviews mentioning the credits are expensive, but I run a business that uses ClassPass and I can tell you Anna’s nail has no control over the credits ClassPass assigns to the service and the extra fee of gel removal is not worked into the agreed amount they receive from ClassPass for the service, so it is understandable that they charge their fee of $10 for that, as I can also promise you - they make a lot less on ClassPass clients that they do on regular ones, no matter what terms they have agreed to with ClassPass. I love the option to come here using ClassPass credits bc I often find myself needing to burn through credits that will not roll over. With that said, the service is always exceptional, the staff is kind and good at their jobs. The massage chairs are great and I always love my service and the end result. Anna is lovely, and treats her clients and her staff with respect. 10/10.
