I was not able to do many of the fast speeds the instructor called out but I still pushed myself as much as I could and it was a great workout. The staff were really kind, parking was easy and the validation process for that was even easier. The staff and instructor were really kind. I loved it!

I would say just in general I’ve notice with a few of the instructors they aren’t very hands on so sometimes I feel like I’m just doing the workout with a bad form and completely wrong. They don’t come to correct form which then could lead to an injury. I understand that it’s a fast paced workout class and there are a lot of us and the instructor is cueing the strength part AND the treadmill part at the same time so I understand that it could be hard to look at everyone. Other than that keeping the instructor separate from the workout method I really thought Megan was super sweet and energetic. Great music and vibes. Would love to hear some Reggaeton in the mix lol. Definitely wanna keep booking Friday mornings with her!! :)

I enjoyed the 50/50 split between the treadmills and the lagree. Definitely got a great workout in and already ready to book my next class! Highly recommend!

Definitely a challenge (which is the fun of it!), but left feeling like a full great workout was done. Drake is a great instructor - didn’t feel lost during the class even as a first, and it was like we were pushed to the limits without over passing it. Will be coming back to his class!!

The workout was fast-paced, and the staff was extremely helpful and supportive throughout. They took the time to walk us through each station and explain how to properly move through the workout. During the session, they paid close attention to detail, making adjustments when needed and correcting form to ensure everyone was performing the exercises safely and effectively. The other participants were also very welcoming, supportive, and encouraging, which made the environment even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning, as I felt amazing after the workout.

An instruction video for first timers would be helpful to watch before we get there so we know what we are getting into before it starts. I think I’ll get it after a few times.
