I’m definitely coming back and I feel very accomplished after my very first workout with them.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI did the heels class with Tara (who was the substitute) and she was AMAZING!! This studio allows for personalized guidance. I haven’t done dance in a long time, but this studio allowed me to feel comfortable trying something new. I felt supported and excited learning!! Definitely will be returning. There is not another studio like this in UES!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesAbsolutely the BEST!!! Ramon is the best. He was so attentive, caring, and I had the best workout ever... and I mean it! Even when I was by myself before class started and before everyone else showed up, he took the time to help me stretch. The hour was FULL of moves that targeted every part of the body, and there were also multiple rounds of boxing, which I loved so much! I always walk out of class at Punch Force with a huge smile (and sore muscles 😆), and I can't recommend it enough!
