ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first time trying microneedling! I worked with Natalya/Natasha (same person), and she was lovely and seemed very familiar and confident with the process. About 20-25 minutes of the session was resting with numbing cream on, which then made the microneedling sensations feel similar to microdermabrasion (for me, at least). When it was all over, Natalya provided helpful aftercare instructions. My face is now very pink and I’m looking forward to seeing if I notice any benefits in the days to come! :)

After learning my concerns and evaluating my skin, she advised on a specialized treatment for the day as well as a treatment plan to move forward as I prep my skin for my summer wedding. She was the first esthetician to perform extractions and calm my skin so that I could continue my day seamlessly which is super important to me. Roksana described each step she performed and why it was important. The spa area and service room are clean and soothing. I’m looking forward to my next appointment and will definitely recommend her to friends.

ver todas as avaliaçõesTotally worth the credits, very much a “you get what you pay for” situation. Joleen is the esthetician/facialist partner of a cosmetic surgery practice on the Upper East Side. She was a total pro, evaluated my face and made specific recommendations of exactly what I needed. I peppered her with questions all through the facial; I felt like I was getting a free dermatology consultation. At the end she even texted me several links to products she recommends (Amazon links - she wasn’t trying to sell me anything, was just genuine advice). She was great and will go back!
