Sometimes I feel these apparatus classes are needlessly complicated but Olivia did a fabulous job with thorough but not too wordy of explanation while also providing one on one feedback to each of the guests. Love her energy and her vibe, she is very knowledgeable and kind. Had a great workout! Will absolutely be attending again! :)

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe instructor was great at correcting form I just didn’t find the class very challenging compared to other Pilates classes I’ve taken (WundaBar, solid core) so perhaps this is intended to be low intensity or for beginners

Some SLT instructors don’t offer modifications or have the approach of pushing people to stay in positions when they may not be ready to do that in a way that’s safe for back/neck/knees - liked that she said everything should be challenging but not defeating.
