ver todas as avaliaçõesThis class was challenging but felt good! Lots more upper body work than I’ve done before, so it was a bit hard on me. You can’t win ‘em all, but don’t worry, Abby is a great instructor and very motivating! She won’t go easy on you but will keep cheering you on!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI took one of Lisa’s themed rides and really loved the music. It felt like a ride for true fans of the artist and she played a lot of deep cuts. Similarly, her choreography was great it reminded me of old SoulCycle where there was a choreo option for most of the songs but she was also great about queuing pushes. I didn’t feel like there was much sprinting but it could have been a factor of the theme genre. If I was going to offer any criticism it was that the resistance queuing wasn’t very varied throughout class, her mic was LOUD which could be distracting, and the class started 5 minutes late which isn’t ideal for a morning workday ride.

F today, I was freezing because I hadn't been warned to dress accordingly. It would have been a much better experience if I have been prepared for the outdoor situation. This was not the instructor's fault.
