If you are new, be prepared to try to keep up- most folks in it seem to be regulars so they know what’s coming and I spent a lot of time looking around trying to see what the instructor and people next to me were doing. Candace was fun and super energetic, I would take a class from her again!

The vibe in the exercise studio is very positive and nurturing, yet not coddling. I noticed all shapes and sizes and everyone working very hard to do their best. Parking is convenient and the location is easy to get to from any area of Santa Clarita.
