ver todas as avaliaçõesStudio is great and Esmee really amplifies that greatness! I’ve been shopping around for classes and love the equipment and cleanliness of this studio. I also find Esmee’s classes to be consistently hard, but so far not too hard that I’ve got to tap out! I do wish that the studio had dry shampoo as an offered item in the bathroom because I’m always sweating through class :) 10/10

ver todas as avaliaçõesLoved this class! I love F45 classes. The instructor welcomed us and let us know the parking situation for next time. They gave us water bottles as we walked in too. The instructor also came to ask if we had any injuries and gave me modifications for my hip flexibility issues. She also came by to remind me what the modifications were once I got to the station. Music was great and kept me motivated. The bathroom had one sink + two bathroom stalls which is nice. Had a really intense workout. Instructors were both very supportive and came by multiple times to correct my bad form. Will definitely come again!
