Last nights class was guided by Darcy (sp?). He was a graceful and thoughtful instructor who made sure to not just give clear instructions but time every transition well. Great yoga practice and great workout.

I also find Esmee’s classes to be consistently hard, but so far not too hard that I’ve got to tap out! I do wish that the studio had dry shampoo as an offered item in the bathroom because I’m always sweating through class :) 10/10

I used the inversion table for a few minutes before moving onto and falling asleep in the Higher Dose sauna blanket, then finished with the Normatec hip attachment. Even though I booked an hour, I immediately wished it was longer and am planning to rebook soon. One of the owners, Jodi (or Jody?), was helping me and was awesome. Definitely recommend.
