I’ve had such a great experience with Lauren as my instructor and she inspires me to keep coming back for more. Did series of weight sets that we had to complete in a certain amount of time, it was nice because we got to work at our own pace and in between were able to use any equipment of our choice to stay warm! Very friendly environment! Instructor had a cute doggo too that hangs out and give sniffs for encouragement :)! Will definitely go back!
