I have no idea what I was thinking showing up to a random class with no experience 🤣🤣🤣… but everyone was really helpful and kind… considering that, you may want to take a beginner course or get there early to learn the ropes… it’s not hard to pick up what they’re doing per se… but there is a learning curve and they have there own language… also, the class was very HARD. I mean it was like holding a plank for an hour… literally 🥲🥺😭… but I did it! Also, wear socks because you can’t wear sneakers! And put lotion on your feet if you don’t wear socks 🥺… finally there was a code to get in the building sent to your email… which I didn’t know so I was standing outside like a goofy for a few minutes lol enjoy your workout!
