And when they finally took me back there was confusion on the room and they sent me back to the lobby to wait more. The women who gave the massage was lovely but it wasn’t a great experience waiting for 25 minutes.

She gave me some tips on working out safely as to not stress my muscles and how to prepare for massages and relieve tension in my body. Felt relaxed and comfortable. The staff at the front desk are super accommodating and attentive, offering tea, water, coffee as soon as you enter. There was no intimidating upsetting or anything of that sort.
