The location was easy to find, it was clean, beautiful and comfortably decorated. The vibe was relaxing all the way through. They offer complimentary beverages which was really nice. Alexis was able to walk me through what to expect from my appointment. Every step of the way she checked on me. She was so gentle and so kind. There is definitely a tenderness to her hands. It was my first wax (ever) so I was nervous about what to expect. They use soft gel with the papers to remove your hair. They were very kind and constantly checked on me throughout the appointment. I got a laser Brazilian, and they honestly knew more about my skin than I did. They had specific lasers suited for my skin tone and hair thickness (very coarse, by the way).
