I loved the scent in the room, warm and just beautiful. The studio is very cozy with no mirrors or any distraction, just natural daylight loved my experience here personally. will definitely go back.

The instructor (Nerissa) was amazing, super encouraging and gave incredibly clear instructions. I'm so glad I listened to her advice to challenge myself and bump up my weights! The red light creates such a calming atmosphere, and even though I got an incredible workout and sweat, I left feeling completely relaxed after the final stretch.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI’ve been to a few sauna and recovery spots, but this one really stands out. The whole place has an awesome vibe—super relaxing without feeling overdone. The lo-fi music they play in the background is a great touch and honestly makes it even easier to switch off and unwind. The setup with the sauna, hot tub, and cold tub is spot on, and it’s a perfect space to escape the everyday stress for a bit. Everything feels clean, well thought out, and easy to enjoy at your own pace. What really makes the difference though is the staff—they’re incredibly friendly, helpful, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking to relax and reset.
