ver todas as avaliaçõesI liked that the instructor helped me set up. As a newbie to weight training and the exercises I find the set ups to be challenging sometimes. There was a max of 6 people per circuit but not always enough equipment or space. Like for the bench press, teacher said people should have paired up in partners according to weight , but that wasn’t enforced. Maybe with time it’ll get better, but find I’ve had an easier time following circuits at places like F45 and Training Mate.

ver todas as avaliaçõesIt’s fast paced and the music is loud, I sometimes had trouble hearing the instructor. Also a heads up, you need to buy a resistance band for $25 from Don. I was able to borrow a spare but apparently he wants his students to buy the gear and I didn’t see that in the app under “what to bring” instructions. (If you have a 15-20lb resistance band already maybe bring it just in case?) IMO buying extra gear is not ideal for class pass, where I’m still trying out places and deciding which workouts are best for my body. I personally had to modify the exercises and was doing them slower than everyone else, which was still a great workout. If you’re into explosive bursts of movement, lots of jumping (jump rope and on/ off the bosu ball) and are already fit this might be the perfect class for you. Or just do your best and don’t worry about not being as fast or as coordinated as his regulars ;-) Street parking out front was free for 2 hours and easy when I went midday.
