She gives clear instruction and never overwhelms us with too many movements to remember. Her workouts are challenging and easily modifiable. Jordan is by far our favorite instructor at Body High!

There were some parts of the class where I was feeling the burn, but for the most part it was pretty easy and very accessible for beginners and people who don’t work out very often or may be recovering from an injury and need everything low impact. I will def return if I want a more laid back day but still get a work out in!

Started sweating heavily 5 mins in. Leg weights and resistance bands provided. Locker rooms were stocked with hair and skin products, each locker has USB outlet. Bathroom stocked with deodorant and toiletries. Overall:Will return for easier class lol
