The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The Breathwork made me aware of the existing kindness around me in the community and reminded me ti also berate and return the kindness.

My wife and I were greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk, who then gave us instructions on how to do the online paperwork. Rayana took my blood pressure, explained the whole process, showed me where to change, helped me pick a song, and gave me a run down of the expected benefits from cyrotherapy. She was super friendly and kept my wife company while I danced around in the cyrotherapy chamber for 3min and 30seconds.
