I really like how the coaches switch up the focus each class to work on several things like partner work, bag work, shadow boxing, etc. If you want to level up your boxing skills, take this class!

ver todas as avaliaçõesI think this is a virtual class, but I didn’t get any links to the event. I called the number a few times but didn’t get any response. At first I thought this was an in-studio class because the notifications showed the actual address. The addresses listed on the Classpass and Google are different, so I had to drive to two locations to find out the studio doesn’t exist. I need a refund.
