However , there was A LOT of people in this class which I personally did not like but there was still plenty of room and I understand that it was probably because of the time of day(7:30pm) and the location of this studio. As for the class itself it’s very beginner friendly and perfect if you want to incorporate some low impact movement into your day to just relax and unwind.

ver todas as avaliaçõesRupesh is amazing!!! This was a great class and included unique postures from other instructors I’ve taken. He even walked the room to give gentle tips on how to correct your posture and feet positioning to better get into each expression. Super super helpful!!
