I expected the Form Your Foundations class to be an easier level of the Total Sculpt but I found it just as hard if not harder because how slow the motions are. Still super accessible for beginners and a great workout overall

The pace of the class was perfect and hit all the major areas for a full and balanced Pilates workout. Makes sense as she’s a former ballet dancer and grew up with Pilates.
