I never tried Yin Yiga before, but the extended poses make the class itself reflective and restorative. Carolina was wonderful and The sound bath was an added bonus!

Her flow focused a lot on balance, with poses and transitions that were challenging and taught me things I hadn’t learned in other studios. She gave me helpful tips to improve my form and made sure I felt supported the whole time. She even turned up the heat in the room, which made the class so much more comfortable on a cold day.
