I arrived 20 minutes earlier and had a thorough walk through from Piper on expectations. She also kept an eye on me as a fist timer to assure I was staying on course and received the help I needed. Honestly loved every bit of it. I was able to improvise the movements my body wasn't yet ready for and received the motivation I needed. I will be returning.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI love this class! Jon & Matt founded this class last year and I’ve been coming ever since. They took a break for the winter and are now back. I do my usual weekday routine workouts and look forward to this class every Saturday. I get to bond and connect with like minded individuals who come together to experience an active lifestyle on the beach. Working out on the beach is also great for me because the sand makes it a low impact workout for our joints. These two instructors are prior Equinox trainers and know how to challenge you, keep you motivated, all while having a fire playlist! Might I add that I get to catch a tan while working out. Can’t ask for more! 👙☀️🌊
