The energy of the studio from the front desk to the instructor to the class participants was very upbeat. The class itself was fast paced to feel a sweat, but not too fast to where I couldn’t keep up even though it was my first time. It’s the next day and I definitely feel a burn in my thighs and abs as expected because all of the small intentional movements we did in class yesterday burned then lol I will definitely be back. This is my new favorite studio!!

Her class was intense and challenging, exactly the way I like it, while still offering plenty of options and modifications for different levels. The studio is beautiful and cozy, and I had a wonderful overall experience. One small suggestion would be to consider adding a water fountain or another convenient water station, especially since the classes can be heated and intense.
