    Space was light, airy and unique. Teacher was gorgeous and very sensual dancer. Routines were a little advanced and fast paced for me however it was super low pressure. Sweating and happy.

    Hatha Flow GARDEN*STUDIO

    Tanya is a great instructor and instantly made me feel at ease for my first class. She made sure to remember my name and guided me throughout the practise and felt it was okay not to get things 100% as it takes time! The classes take place in a lovely private studio. Will definitely be returning.
